Software Licence

1. Ownership and Proprietary Rights

All source code, compiled code, user interface designs, visual assets, database schemas, API designs, written content, branding, and any other components comprising or associated with the Hourly Harvest Platform (collectively, the "Software") are the exclusive intellectual property of the Hourly Harvest team ("we", "us", "our").

The Software is protected by copyright law, trade secret law, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Licence are reserved.

2. Limited Licence Grant

Subject to these Terms and your continued compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to:

• Access and use the Platform through your web browser as a user of the Service;
• View, read, and interact with the Platform's user interface for the purposes described in the Terms of Service;
• Reference publicly visible Platform URLs in the context of legitimate user-generated content (such as community discussions or support requests).

This licence does not include any rights to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Software. This licence terminates automatically if you breach any term of this document or the Terms of Service.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy or reproduce any part of the Software, including but not limited to source code, compiled assets, UI components, database logic, or API designs;
• Distribute or republish the Software or any derivative works, whether commercially or non-commercially;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any compiled component of the Software, or attempt to derive its source code;
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's design, structure, visual language, or reward logic;
• Resell or sublicence access to the Platform or any component thereof;
• Fork or clone the Platform (whether in whole or in part) to deploy a competing or similar staking product;
• Remove or obscure any copyright notice, proprietary marking, or attribution included in or associated with the Software;
• Use the Platform's branding, including the Hourly Harvest name, logo, or visual identity, in any product, service, or communication without our explicit written authorisation.

4. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SOFTWARE'S FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, ITS ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FREEDOM FROM DEFECTS OR ERRORS. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Attribution Requirements

Any publicly visible use of Hourly Harvest branding, screenshots, or documentation in legitimate third-party materials (such as blog posts, tutorials, or academic research) must include clear attribution to Hourly Harvest and a link to the Platform. Such use must not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Hourly Harvest unless we have explicitly authorised such a representation in writing.

6. Open Source Component Acknowledgements

The Hourly Harvest Platform is built upon and makes use of a number of open source software projects. We are grateful to the authors and maintainers of these projects. The following components are incorporated into the Platform under their respective open source licences:

The use of these open source components does not grant you any rights to the proprietary Software built on top of them. Each open source component is used under the terms of its own respective licence, which can be found in the linked repositories.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services as part of its operation. These services are provided by independent entities and are governed by their own terms and licences:

• Helius: Solana RPC and indexing provider. Used for all on-chain data queries and transaction submissions.
• AllDomains: Solana Name Service provider. Used to resolve .skr domain records for the referral system.
• Railway: Managed infrastructure platform. Used to host the Platform's PostgreSQL database.
• Solana Blockchain: A public, permissionless proof-of-history blockchain. All staking transactions are settled on-chain and are publicly visible.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any party that infringes our intellectual property rights, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs. Violations of this Licence will be treated as a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension of your Platform access.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of the Software, please notify us at support@hourlyharvest.xyz with details of the alleged infringement.

9. Modifications to This Licence

We reserve the right to update this Licence at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Licence.
