Where Does Your Hourly Yield Actually Come From?

This is the most important question any staker should ask before locking tokens on any platform. We answer it plainly. ## Primary Sources **Treasury Liquidity Fees** — The Hourly Harvest treasury provides liquidity to $SKR trading pairs on Solana DEXes. These fees accumulate continuously and are the most consistent source of yield funding. **Partnership Revenue Agreements** — Co-investment agreements with other Solana projects generate revenue shares that flow directly to the treasury. **Forfeited Windows** — Hourly claim windows that expire unclaimed return to the treasury reserve. This is a unique feature of the active claiming model — unclaimed rewards strengthen the system for consistent claimers. **Protocol Fees** — A small protocol fee is applied to return-stake transactions to cover operational costs. ## What Yield Is NOT Hourly Harvest yield is not: - **New token emissions.** We do not print $SKR to pay rewards. Every SKR paid out was in the treasury before you locked. - **Ponzi mechanics.** Your rewards do not come from the stakes of new users. - **Guaranteed APY.** The multiplier is fixed — the underlying value of what you receive is market-determined. ## The Multiplier Explained Your multiplier determines how much $SKR you can receive in total relative to what you staked. A 4.0× multiplier on 1,000 SKR means you can earn up to 3,000 SKR in rewards across 720 hourly windows — averaging ~4.17 SKR per hour. Each hour you claim, you receive exactly that amount. Each hour you miss, you forfeit it. ## Sustainability The active claiming model is inherently more sustainable than passive distribution. The treasury only pays out rewards that are actively claimed. Unclaimed rewards reduce the treasury's liability over time, which means the system can maintain higher multipliers without diluting the reserve. You deserve to know where your money goes. We are committed to telling you.
